Acquired by Triyards Group
Acquired by Triyards Holdings Ltd, listed on the SGX. This enhanced our global shipbuilding, construction fabrication expertise, the Strategic Marine brand Intellectual Property and significant facilities to the Group and its network of clients worldwide.
Relocated to New Facility
Strategic Marine (S) Pte Ltd relocated to a new facility operated by Triyards Group to streamline operations with the two organisations focusing on integration across several divisions.
Acquired by Vanguard Investment
Strategic Marine (S) Pte Ltd and Triyards Strategic Marine Australia Pty Ltd was acquired by Vanguard Investment Holding Pte Ltd. Triyards Strategic Marine Australia Pty Ltd was subsequently renamed as Strategic Marine Australia Pty Ltd by its new shareholders.
Acquisition of New Yard in Singapore
Successfully completed the acquisition of a significantly larger shipbuilding facility in Singapore in a move that will significantly boost its shipbuilding capacity and product range.
