    Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
    • Ensure technical proposal write up is accurate and according to latest rules and regulations
    • Source, negotiate and obtain best prices and quotes from vendors and subcontractors

      • Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) is closely adhered to across organizational departments

      • To be involved in logistics works and documentation as assigned
      • Any ad hoc duties as assigned
      Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requisites:
      • At least 2 to 3 years’ procurement/project experience in engineering industries
      • Strong mathematical, analytical, organizational and communication skills
      • Team player, meticulous, details-oriented
      • Fluent in English - written and spoken
      • Good understanding of contract language
      • Advanced knowledge of MS office applications
