  • Electrical Designer

      The Electrical Designer works with a team of engineers and electricians who coordinate and carry out all onboard / yard tasks related to the new build, repair, and improvement of the electrical systems.

  • QA/QC Inspector
    Location: Singapore
    Reports to: HSEQ Manager

    Job Description: This is a full-time position
      Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
      • Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) is closely adhered to across organizational departments
      • Allocate quality activities, roles and responsibilities according to functional requirements and individual competencies
      • Ensure departments are operating in alignment with organization’s quality policies
      • Ensure that production work activities meet the required quality requirements
      • Conduct internal QMS audit on documentation where required and reporting of quality-related issues
      • Audit other departments' processes, SOPs and work areas for QA compliance
      • Audit vendors' compliance to organization’s and regulatory quality standards
      • Perform due diligence on vendor quality and to advise on contract renewals and/ or terminations
      • Plan regular internal inspections in accordance with relevant procedures
      • Ensure proper management of equipment and system qualification and validation
      • Execute required tests and inspections in accordance with inspection and test plans (ITPs)
      • Classify identified faults and prioritize corrective measures based on criticality of issues
      • Coordinate testing and commissioning work by team members and other departments
      • Coordinate with classification societies' and owners' representatives for relevant inspections

      • Maintain up-to-date master lists and proper control of all released quality management system (QMS) documents

      • Process timesheets for all workers and perform verification on time attendance of the workers
      • Maintain all worker’s leave, medical claim, taxi claim and training related record
      • Handle full cycle of work pass related matter eg. work permit application, renewal, entry approval etc
      • Administer daily FET-RRT result upload to SRS portal in timely manner
      • Handle training administrative work and co-ordination with external training provider
      • Arrange interview with hiring manager and potential candidates

    Location: Singapore

    Job Description: This is a full-time position
      Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
      • Ensure workplace safety, health and environment practices, procedures and processes comply with WSH Act and regulations, Code of Practice and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
      • Manage incident via in-house incident reporting system and perform investigations, recommend actions and follow up matters arising from these activities
      • Collate and analyze incident statistics (incident / near miss) and recommend intervention strategies; to eliminate/reduce the risk of future occurrences and incidents of ill health and lost workdays
      • Inspect workplace to identify hazard and risk and implement corrective actions accordingly,

      This role will be attached to the operations department, commercial department, projects, or engineering department for an overall exposure to how the company operates. He or She will be required to provide support to the Managers of the operations department, commercial department, projects, or engineering department in all related functions.
