  • Electrical Designer

    Job Description: This is a full-time position
      The Electrical Designer works with a team of engineers and electricians who coordinate and carry out all onboard / yard tasks related to the new build, repair, and improvement of the electrical systems.
        Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
        • Work with project engineers to define electrical & electronic system design specifications
        • Validates electrical designs and technical data for ship systems
        • Manage external vendor and contractors to deliver systems that meet design specification and regulatory regulations
        • Responsible for on time, on budget, delivery of electrical systems

  • QA/QC Inspector
    Location: Singapore
    Reports to: QA/QC Manager
    Position available: One
    Job Description: This is a full-time position
      Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
      • Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) is closely adhered to across organizational departments
      • Allocate quality activities, roles and responsibilities according to functional requirements and individual competencies
      • Ensure departments are operating in alignment with organization’s quality policies
      • Ensure that production work activities meet the required quality requirements
      • Conduct internal QMS audit on documentation where required and reporting of quality-related issues
      • Audit other departments' processes, SOPs and work areas for QA compliance
      • Audit vendors' compliance to organization’s and regulatory quality standards
      • Perform due diligence on vendor quality and to advise on contract renewals and/ or terminations
      • Plan regular internal inspections in accordance with relevant procedures
      • Ensure proper management of equipment and system qualification and validation
      • Execute required tests and inspections in accordance with inspection and test plans (ITPs)
      • Classify identified faults and prioritize corrective measures based on criticality of issues
      • Coordinate testing and commissioning work by team members and other departments

  • Commercial Estimator
    Location: Singapore
    Reports to: Senior Estimator
    Position available: Two
    Job Description: This is a full-time position
      Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
      • Ensure technical proposal write up is accurate and according to latest rules and regulations
      • Source, negotiate and obtain best prices and quotes from vendors and subcontractors
      • Review terms and conditions of subcontractors and vendors quotes
      • Submit and perform ship building projects cost estimation for management approval
      • Understand shipbuilding process, classification societies regulations and statutory rules
      • Prepare well written detailed technical specifications write up proposal for new build aluminium and steel vessels
      • Study projects specification to understand customer’s requirement by identifying project requirements, labour, and material costs
      • Interpret blueprints and analyse related applicable documents to prepare estimates
      • Work closely with vendors, sub-contractors, engineers, and naval architects, external ship designer and classification societies during estimate creation to ensure overall accuracy
      • Adhere to company standard and guidelines when providing cost estimate focusing on maximising profit while mitigate any potential risks to the company
      • Cash flow budgeting
      • Assist sales team in tender preparation transactions
      • Support sale teams with project pricing in a timely manner
      • Maintain thorough records of all project documentation

      Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requisites:
      • Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role with proven track record within similar industry (Engineering, Ship Building, Heavy Manufacturing, Oil & Gas)
      • Past experience in new build aluminium vessel cost estimate and ability to write shipbuilding technical specification is highly desirable

  • Senior Project Technical Manager
    Location: Singapore
    Reports to: General Manager, Engineering

    Job Description: This is a full-time position
      The primary purpose of the role is to provide technical project management of technical engineering solutions, ensuring that these solutions are technically feasible, buildable, and cost effective.
    Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
      Task Management:
      • Ensure vessel designs meet all contractual requirements and specifications
      • Oversight of the technical review process for the procurement of all main equipment and materials
      • Oversight of dealings with classification societies, flag states and any relevant regulatory bodies
      • Responsible for the successful resolution of technical issues with OEMs, Client, Classification Societies and Flag states
      • Technical Expert with classification societies rules and flag state regulations
      • Technical Expert of Weight management and control throughout the vessel build process
      • Technical Expert of Inclining Experiments and Lightship Surveys
      • Technical Expert of Sea Trials Protocols including loading conditions
      • Provide leadership and coaching to all engineering team members
      • Work closely with the General Manager, Engineering and Senior Management Group
      • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry suppliers, subcontractors and contacts
      • Identify and communicate process and product improvements
