Reports to: Senior Estimator/ Commercial Officer

Job Description

This is a full-time position and job-holder is expected to:

  • Understand the entire shipbuilding process and supply chain
  • Review of shipbuilding and charter contract
  • Review project costing and documentation
  • Negotiation with customer

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

The job-holder will be responsible for the following:

  • First-responder for commercial enquiries
  • Assist in project costing and documentation control
  • Management of sales opportunities and admin
  • Ad-hoc tasks

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requisites:

  • Degree level, preferably in marine engineering or naval architecture
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Proactive, meticulous and a team player
  • Result oriented

Reports to: Assistant Finance Manager

Job Description

This is a full time position and job-holder is expected to:

  • Handle a full set of accounts including GST returns, tax and audit matters
  • Ensure AR, AP, bank reconciliations, journal and general functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

The job-holder will be responsible for the following:

  • Prepare cheque/GIRO and journals for payments
  • Assist in Accounts Payable function such as collating relevant documents for invoice processing and maintaining monthly cashbook
  • Perform monthly bank and suppliers’ statement reconciliation
  • Execute any other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requisites:

  • Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent
  • Min 2 years’ experience in similar positions
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Proactive, meticulous and a team player
  • Result-oriented

Reports to: Senior HR Executive

Job Description

This is a full-time position and job-holder is expected to provide general office administration pertaining to Human Resources, including administration of time cards.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

The job-holder will be responsible for the following:

• Process timesheets for production staff

• Administration of staff leave, claims and training related records

• Handle work pass related matters

• Administer internal human resources databases

• Ensure proper documentations of records

• Monitor due date for confirmation, retirement, medical check-up of staff

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requisites:

• Min GCE ‘N’ Level, ITE.

• 2 year of relevant working experience

• Proficient with Microsoft Office application (Word/Excel/Outlook)

• Organized, team player with multi-tasking ability and adopts a good working attitude

• High level of self-initiative
